Design and develop an e-commerce website for Dominion Energy South Carolina customers to shop discounted products.
Duration : 3-6 Weeks
Tools: Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, BigCommerce
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with program managers and stakeholders. Collaborate with art director on web flow based on project specifications to create a sitemap. Follow branded look and feel that has been established for Dominion Energy South Carolina’s main website and specified brand styles.
• Create a consistent style guide based on Dominion Energy brand standards/design system.
• Design high-fidelity prototypes compatible with BigCommerce SaaS platform templates.
• Implement UI/UX solutions based on user defined requirements.
• Assist in the first phase of development. Once prototypes are approved by stakeholders, I transfer all UI related assets into BigCommerce.
• In the refining stage, the site is ready as a deliverable for remaining front-end and backend work by developers.
• Deliver packaged assets for production including the sitemap, approved prototypes, and links to fonts, images etc to developers.
